What is Available: We root for nearly anything if URCs are available.  We also have a list of annuals we order regularly, please contact our office for more information.

Ordering: We are a plant-to-order facility.  We prefer to have orders for spring by mid-September, but we require at least eight weeks prior to the ship date.

Deadlines:

  • Changes are not accepted after Wednesday 12 noon EST, 8 weeks prior to the ship date.

  • Cancellations are not accepted after Wednesday at 12 noon EST, 8 weeks prior to the ship date.

Claims: All claims against the carrier are to be filed immediately by the customer.  Any quality problems must be reported to our office within 24 hours of receipt of material to assure proper handling of possible credits.  Salesperson must inspect and advise. (PHOTOS REQUIRED)
