Email completed forms to: office@cedarlanegreenhouse.com
ATTENTION: When downloading the excel spreadsheet, it will open as a view only file, you will need to download to your computer and then enable editing to make changes to the file.
Instructions on Downloading Excel Spreadsheet:
Click on above button for the Excel Form
Once the form is open in the spreadsheet, to make changes you will need to save a copy.
To save a copy, click on “File” (top left hand corner of page)
Then click on “Save As”
Next Click on “Download A Copy”
This will download a copy to your computer, you can find your copy in the downloads folder in your File Explorer.
