Please use the provided excel sheet to place your order.

1. Looking at the form sheet, there are four icons on the bottom right, use these to edit.

2. First icon allows for the form to be downloaded. This can be printed, filled out, and sent via email, fax , or mailed in.

3. The fourth or last icon allows for the form to be edited in excel. Once edited, form can be saved under File > Save As > Rename (2023 Poinsettia Order Form).

4. Once saved, the form can be emailed to our office.
